The American Legion’s National Credentialing Summit brings together experts from the private and nonprofit sectors, the Armed Forces and federal agencies to share best practices for credentialing and enhancing civilian career prospects for veterans, servicemembers and military spouses. The summit will help to identify strategies for attendees (key decision-makers) to use at companies and organizations nationwide, in order to expand upon recent progress and promote wider awareness of the credentialing issue. The summit will also help attendees to collaborate with one another in breaking down credentialing barriers that affect veterans and the military community.
