Legionnaires nationwide are conducting year-round activities to benefit their communities, veterans and posts. These activities include fundraisers, welcome-home celebrations for returning soldiers, membership drives, children and youth support, and much more. The American Legion encourages members, family and friends to share their stories and photos of the good they do throughout the year on Legiontown.org. The sharing of stories provides inspiration to posts, squadrons and units located throughout the country on how to promote the Legion in their communities.
