What was the first American Legion Riders chapter outside the continental United States?

The chapter hosted by Riley Leroy Pitts Post GR 07 in Mannheim, Germany.

Today, Riders chapters range from Germany to Alaska to the Philippines and beyond. Taken as a global whole, they number more than 1,300. The Chapter Locator on the Riders section of www.legion.org/riders is still being updated. If you are part of a chapter outside the continental United States, feel free to talk about it through the FODPAL (Foreign and Outlying Departments and Posts of The American Legion) page.
