The Legion is monitoring two House Veterans Affairs subcommittee hearings. Several bills are being discussed, including one that authorizes VA to communicate by email with veterans claiming benefits, another that mandates cost-benefits analyses of large VA contracts, and one that requires public disclosure of the number of veterans employed by federal contractors.
