Whether you remember him as Mr. Baseball, Mr. Belvedere or the pitchman for Miller Lite, Bob Uecker has become a legend on many fronts. The American Legion Baseball alum and Milwaukee Post 537 life member was honored with the James V. Day "Good Guy" award during The American Legion National Convention in Milwaukee. Uecker was honored for his work with Make-a-Wish, Boys & Girls Clubs of America and cancer research. Before the award, Uecker sat down to speak to The American Legion Magazine.
