Americanism youth programs a go this summer

Americanism youth programs returning this summer!

Last summer, COVID-19 caused American Legion Baseball, Boys Nation and the Junior Shooting Sports air rifle tournament to be canceled for the health and safety of program participants and volunteer staff.

The Americanism programs are on schedule for this summer.

American Legion Junior 3-Position Air Rifle National Tournament is July 20-25, Colorado Springs, Colo.

American Legion Boys Nation is July 23-31, Washington, D.C.

American Legion Baseball World Series is Aug. 12-17, Shelby, N.C. legion.org/baseball

The American Legion will observe Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines and local and state public health mandates for all of its national programs.
