Shetz receives his past president’s pin

There was an error on the part of FODPAL Secretary Doug Haggan, “forgetting to call up” Past FODPAL President William “Bill” Shetz of the Department of Mexico at the FODPAL Breakfast in Houston to receive his Past President’s pin with the group of other past presidents receiving their pins.
