Post 38 conducts annual POW/MIA ceremony

Col. Lewis Millett Memorial Post 38, Seoul, South Korea, conducted the 2016 annual POW/MIA ceremony at Camp Red Cloud, Korea. The ceremony was led by Post 38 Chaplain Tim Lane and David Hill, chairman of the POW/MIA Committee and post sergeant-at-arms. Hill spoke of the purpose and history of National POW/MIA Day. He also performed the duty of laying the wreath. Lane performed the invocation and benediction during the ceremony.
