Discussion on the net was encouraged in regard to the following:
• Rescheduling the return of the IRLP net at a later date, after the first of January 2017. NCS noted that the board would consider options and make a determination for the IRLP net to operate, possibly, midweek and later in the day than noontime to encourage more participation in IRLP net operations.
