Before I begin the report, I must relay very sad news from the K5TAL club, The American Legion and the entire ham community on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. On Sunday, July 29, 2018, Charlie Carnie, AG5CC became a Silent Key. Charlie was a great friend and Legionaire. We will miss you Charlie.
