The top three contestants competing for the winning title and an $18,000 scholarship during the Oratorical championship finals will once again be aired live.

The American Legion National Oratorical Championship Contests started with 53 outstanding competitors and ended with another deserving champion, Tori Beth Black from Iva, S.C.
Contestants from Alabama, South Carolina and Vermont will compete today for the $18,000 first-place scholarship. The finals will be broadcast live at 10 a.m. at www.legion.org.
