Schiela Peña, who comes from a family with a lot of military service describes herself as an "Army brat." During the A-10 flyover, Peña became overtaken with emotion. "The commitment [my family] always had, and shown for our country, I'm very emotional about it. It's something very near and dear to me, and so that's why it's always very emotional.
