Post Commanders, Auxiliary President and Members, and Department Members,
District 9 would like to extend this invitation to attend the American Legion, District 9 Fall meeting. This meeting will be held on Saturday September 16th at Emmett Post 49, 120 North Hays St. The agenda is as follows:
8:00-9:00 AM Registration 9:00-9:45 Joint Opening 9:45-10:00 Short Break 10:00-12:00 Separate Legion and Auxiliary Business Meetings
All District 9 Post Commanders please put this on your calendar. Plan to bring your Post Adjutant along for My Legion.org training. These meetings are important to your Post. Please have your Post represented at this meeting. It is critical that we have a quorum present to conduct any business that may come up. Also please prepare your semi-annual report to present. I am looking forward to seeing you all. Please pass this invitation to your Post Auxiliary if your unit has one.
