Mar 10, 2018

I would like to take this opportunity to invite all Legion Family Members to the District 7 Spring Meeting, which is being hosted by Teton Valley Post 95. This meeting will be held at the American Legion Hall (30 E. Wallace Avenue, Driggs, Idaho) on Saturday, March 10, 2018.
Since the scheduled format of our previous District 7 Spring and Fall Meetings proved successful, we will continue to utilize the same agenda….

8:00 am to 9:00 am – Registration begins and Brunch will be served.
9:00 am to 9:50 am – Joint Opening
10:00 am to completion – American Legion and Auxiliary Breakout Meetings
12:00 pm – Lunch….

Brunch will be served at 8:00 am at no cost—donations appreciated. Lunch is on your own, but there are a wide variety of restaurants close by in Driggs to include Thai, Korean, Mexican, Italian, and even regular American food. If you want to start down the road and are traveling through Victor, there are over five places to eat there. If you’re headed the other way even Tetonia has a cozy restaurant. The best way to find a place to eat to your liking is to talk to the local veterans and they can point you to a good place.
…..

The Joint Opening will commence in the main hall. Following the opening ceremony, Teton County Idaho Commissioner Mark Ricks will “Welcome” Legion Family Members to Teton Valley.
……

I would like to thank Teton Post #95 for hosting the District 7 Spring Meeting. Post Commander Gary Henrie and Auxiliary Unit President Bonnie Reece have gone to great lengths to ensure an enjoyable and fruitful meeting. We can assist the Post in finalizing logistics if we RSVP Adjutant Nolan Boyle via email at nolanboyle@gmail.com or by phone/text message to (208) 317-7230.
