The American Legion and Auxiliary will both meet at the Payette Post
The Ninth District Post Commanders, Committee Chairman & representatives requested to attend this conference are:
Cascade, Council, Emmett, Horseshoe Bend, McCall, Midvale, New Meadows, New Plymouth, Payette, Placerville, Riggins, and Weiser. Please bring your written reports (Post & District Committee's reporting) and any MEMBERSHIP that you have.
Special note to Posts:
The agenda will include election of Officers for the 2018-2019 year. Please consider who you would like to have as your District Nine officers for the coming year and be prepared to elect them.
The district meeting is the largest Legion meeting the average Legionnaire ever attends. Not all of our Legionnaires attend state convention and even smaller percentages attend national conventions. Therefore, the district meeting becomes primarily the one opportunity to inform the Legionnaire and to instill within them the knowledge and idealism of our accomplishments and aims.
