District 4 Spring Meeting

Subj: DISTRICT 4 MEETING / 10 APRIL 2021

After talking with most of our District Post Commanders and many of our district members it has been decided to move our District 4 meeting to the 10th of April vice holding it on the 3rd of April due to being so close to Easter Sunday! Also, this gives a chance for better weather forecast, and a better turn-out. We have several things to go over so we need a good membership turn-out!
1,) Elections will be held for District Officers for 2021-2022 / Let your voice be heard!
2.) District meeting will be held at Post 26 in Mountain Home, meeting starts promptly at 9:00 am. There will be NO JOINT MEETING!
3.) I need at least one member from each post to show up in person to Post 26 to cast votes and or run for office or nominate a member for office.
4.) Each post needs to submit their (CPR) Consolidated Post Report dating from our last District meeting from November, 2020. Some were very “OUTSTANDING”.
5.) Lunch will be provided by Post 26 Auxiliary at no charge, but donations are always welcome!!!
6.) *** Due to health issues I will be unable to run for a third term. It was my intention to do so but my health comes first as I hope everyone can understand. It has been an honor to be your District Commander these past 2 years. They have gone bye way to fast. Whomever you elect, please support them the way you have supported me! God bless you all!
