​What do you think of the recent DoD decision to classify some civilians who served in Vietnam as veterans?

The civilian who served during the war were there to help the military. They could receive a reduced benefits. They were exposed to the same chemicals, were imprisoned, injured etc., so they should receive some kind of recognition.

Do not fool yourselves most(99.9%)of the civilians in a combat or war zone are there for the money. Do not confuse them with the real military who are the actual war fighters.

Just plain no. The private company that the mercenaries worked for should be responsible for all of their compensation and benefits.
