Iowa youth wins Legion Oratorical finals, $18,000 scholarship

Patrick Junker of Waukee won first place in The American Legion's 82nd annual National Oratorical Contest, followed by youth from Illinois and Tennessee. It capped off an amazing exhibition of talent by all of our Oratorical competitors.
