Membership workshop begins Friday

On Aug. 2, The American Legion’s 50th annual National Membership Workshop will get under way in downtown Indianapolis at the Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel. Hundreds of Legionnaires will be in attendance for the two-day workshop to discuss membership strategies, share membership success stories and watch a new membership recruitment video.

Attendees will also hear from National Commander James E. Koutz, Auxiliary National Vice President Nancy Brown-Park and National Adjutant Daniel S. Wheeler, as well as special guests Daniel Dellinger — leading candidate for 2013-2014 national commander.
