Revitalization effort coming to Montana

American Legion national staff is teaming up with Department of Montana Legionnaires for a district revitalization and veterans service event next week in Shelby, Mt.

Veterans in the area are invited to the Comfort Inn, 455 McKinley Ave., from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Oct. 6-8. The event will provide the opportunity to join The American Legion, learn about its mission and receive information on veterans benefits.

Information on Department of Veterans Affairs' benefits also will be available.
