This memorial is located in Shippensburg Veterans Memorial Park. Shippensburg Veterans Memorial park is located on the southern edge of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania in Franklin County along PA Route 11, or the "Molly Pitcher Highway," as it is locally called. As you enter the park, there are two columns with bronze memorials dedicated to the veterans of World War II. 3200 local residents served during that time a bronze star is attached to the men that were killed in action.
