Bairdford World War II Honor Roll and War Memorial

Stone memorial with three connecting sections. Section one is a memorial to FDR, center section two is honor roll names, and section three is a memorial to United Mine Workers. It has a walk way to the memorial, a large flag pole, benches and a parking area. The memorial was constructed on July 4, 1945. It was re-built on July 1, 2006. The re-build was a community effort. The main contractor, John Romig, provided man power and material.
