Alton Veterans Memorial

The memorial features 4 granite tablets with the names of local veterans who served and those currently serving, flanking a central tablet with the name of the memorial, the emblems of the five branches of service and a list of veterans who died in service. Flagpoles with the American, Iowa and POW/MIA flags stand behind the memorial and a granite bench stands in front of the memorial.
