Westmoreland City Honor Roll & Veterans Memorial
Originally an honor roll type monument. It was expanded and repurposed in the 1990s as a memorial to all from Westmoreland City, Pennsylvania who served in WWII and subsequent conflicts. Granite stone with metal plaques. Excellently maintained.
