Vietnamese American Monument
In April 2016, the Vietnamese American Monument was dedicated adjacent to the Vietnam Era Museum & Educational Center. The Monument honors the sacrifices of those Vietnamese who fought alongside American forces during the Vietnam War, many of whom later became Vietnamese-Americans. The Monument includes an obelisk detailing their service and sacrifice accompanied by the American and Vietnamese Heritage flags flying together overhead.
