Leonard R. Stroud

Passed away July 28, 2013, at the age of 88 years and 8 days. Born and raised in Slater, Mo., lived the majority of his adult life in Kansas City. Served in the Army Air Corps in World War II as a gunner. He worked in the insurance industry, primarily in underwriting, for Central Surety, Hanover and County Companies. Was a member of the American Legion post in Slater. Sorely missed by his daughter.
