SIKORA
Philip E., 91, a longtime resident of Paramus, N.J., passed away at home on Friday, March 24, 2017. Born in Wallington, N.J., and raised in Passaic and Rochelle Park, he resided in Saddle Brook before moving to Paramus. A proud Navy veteran of World War II, he was a member of American Legion Post 170 in Rochelle Park. Philip enjoyed fishing and trips to Atlantic City.
Prior to retiring, he owned and operated Sikora's Religious Articles in Passaic.
Beloved husband of the late Juliet (Hughes) Sikora. Loving and devoted father of Philip Sikora and wife Nancy, Maryanne Shapiro and husband Daniel, and the late Dorothy Sikora and surviving spouse Robert. Cherished grandfather of Kimberly, Emily, Orson, Glenn, Michael, Marina, Rachel, Jonathan and Murray. Dear brother of Joan Tozzo, Claire Freemyer, and the late Mary Brown and Edward Sikora. The family is thankful to Emmanuel Adomako for the compassionate care he provided to Philip. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
