George Popovich

George Popovich, 87, of Frankford, passed away Sunday, Aug. 7, 2016, at the Homestead Rehabilitation & Health Care Center.
Born in Berlin, Pa., George worked as a printer at Guffanti Printing in New York City. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. In his spare time, George enjoyed gardening.
Son of the late John and Alice (Wasicko) Popovich, George is survived by his wife, Arlene (Neubert) Popovich. He is also survived by his brothers, Stephen Popovich, and wife, Carmen, of Las Vegas, and John J. Popovich, and wife, Joan, of Berlin, Pa.
