Hoyt Carlton Nelson Jr.

Retired Army SGM Hoyt C. Nelson was laid to rest in Central Texas Veterans Cemetery. He is survived by a wife, daughter and stepson. He served active duty for 29 years and was stationed in Korea, Germany, Turkey and honorably served three tours in Vietnam. He was a devout member of the Knights of Columbus, and a member of American Legion Post 291 in Newport Beach, Calif. God bless you, and your service.
