Richard Link

Richard A. Link, of Rochelle Park, N.J., age 88, passed away on July 15, 2020, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved son of the late Andrew Link Jr. and Ellen Van Blarcum. Richard grew up in Hackensack, N.J.
Richard graduated from Hackensack High School and entered the United States Army. He served in Korea as part of the Communication Recognizance Group, earning the Korean Service Medal with 4 bronze service stars. Before retiring, Richard was a member of the IUOE Local #825 for over 65 years.
A devoted and loving husband and father who placed his family above all else, Richard is survived by his wife Olga of 61 years. Together, they raised their three children - Maureen, Andrew and Alan, fiancé to Michelle Stoltz. Treasured grandfather of Leah and Ryan, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Richard will be forever cherished. He was a member of American Legion Post 170 in Rochelle Park.
