Leon A. Dussault

Leon A. Dussault Jr. 89, of Hasbrouck Heights passed away on Sunday, Sept. 5, 2021. Born in Teaneck to the late Mildred and Leon A. Dussault Sr., Leon was an Army veteran during the Korean War from 1951-1954 and served in the 82nd Airborne, and was a member of American Legion Post 170 in Rochelle Park. Before retiring, Leon was an engineer at the North Jersey Developmental Center in Totowa. He was a former coach for the Little League and a former Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts, both in Hasbrouck Heights. Leon was also a NRA-certified range instructor. Beloved husband of the late Betty Jane (nee Ceterski) Dussault. Devoted father of Leon A. Dussault III and his wife Theresa. Dear brother of Jean Grutta, Paul Dussault and David Dussault. Loving grandfather of Bradley Dussault and his wife Andrea, Tony Dussault and his wife Gabby, Danielle and her husband Phil, and Laurie and her husband John. Cherished great-grandfather of Leighton.
