The cable sports behemoth has been broadcasting American Legion Baseball World Series games since 2011, when Shelby, N.C., became the permanent home of the World Series and all 15 games aired on the ESPN3 webcasting service. In 2014 the championship game was televised live - for the first time in 35 years - on ESPNU, the tournament's current home.
