2013 Legacy Run has goal of $450,000

A goal of $450,000 has been set for the 2013 American Legion Legacy Run, sponsored by USAA. The run benefits The American Legion Legacy Scholarship Fund, which provides college scholarships for the children of military parents who died while on active duty on or after Sept. 11, 2001.

The 2012 Legacy Run’s National Commander’s Ride raised $722,774 for the fund; seven Legacy Runs have brought it more than $3.3 million. To register for this year's run, click here.
