Daddow-Isaacs Dallas American Legion Post 672 will hold a Memorial Day parade at the local Dallas High School football stadium. Jack Cleary, Vietnam veteran, will be the main speaker. Last year's annual parade had been canceled due to COVID, so some semblance of normalcy will occur with the parade. The prior Wednesday, with the help of the local Boy Scouts, flags will be replaced on the graves of the fallen in local cemeteries. On Memorial Day the honor guard will also participate in a ceremony in the center of Dallas, a ceremony at a local cemetery, and a ceremony at the post home. Wreaths will be placed at the various locations.
