On June 6, 2013, the James E Coffey Post & Auxiliary Unit 3 presented scholarships to Allison Latham and Dakota Williams. Allison is the recipient of the unit scholarship and Dakota is the recipient of the post scholarship.

Allison is a 2013 graduate of Merrimack High School and will be inducted into the Naval Academy at Annapolis, Md., on June 27. She will major in mechanical engineering.

Dakota is a graduate of Alvirne High School (Hudson, N.H.). He will be attending Daniel Webster College (Nashua, N.H.) in the fall and will major in sports management with a minor in accounting.
