Steve Tharp, commander of American Legion Post 38, South Korea, on June 15 attended the graduation of Basic Leader Course Class 07-22 at the 8th Army Wightman NCO Academy, Camp Humphreys, South Korea. During the graduation ceremony, Tharp presented Specialist Mark Waters, the Distinguished Honor Graduate, an American Legion Certificate of School Award and an annual membership in Post 38.
