Post 38 honors Distinguished Honor Graduate at Basic Leader Course at NCO Academy, South Korea
William L. Scafe, first vice commander of American Legion Post 38 on Nov. 4, 2022, attended the graduation of the Basic Leader Course Class at the 8th Army Wightman NCO Academy, Camp Humphreys, South Korea. During the graduation ceremony, Scafe presented Sgt. Calvin Dowell, the Distinguished Honor Graduate, an American Legion Certificate of School Award and an annual membership in Post 38.
