I wrote this book to honor the service of all the reserve-component soldiers, past and present. I think I nailed it. If you want a taste of what it’s about, go to Amazon Books and type in the title: Surpassing The Crucible. It provides a free reading of the introduction, prologue and Chapter 1.

After reading it, I would like to hear from you on how you liked it or saw some places for improvement. This is a sort of AAR for Surpassing The Crucible. I’ll be starting book 2 after the first of the year. It would be nice to have some positive suggestions to work with.
