Missouri 302: the little post that could

You spoke. We listened. It's happening!

How do you re-imagine your program after 100 years? Well, we have taken an unconventional approach and started doing things a little differently. We've focus on today's wants and needs of our members, their families and the community where we live. It's a different type of program, which is structured in a different, newer fashion.

We are not a bar or a fish fry and we do not have bingo. Our nontraditional approach starts with meeting in a local, smoke-free community clubhouse. Here, we plan our objectives while having fellowship with our members. We have a wonderful facility provided to us by the community we serve.

We're not reinventing the wheel, tilting the windmill or getting rid of the old playbook. We have taken the blueprint for success and have modified it to work with the needs of our current veterans.

We want the same comradery we experienced when were in service, while accomplishing The American Legion’s mission. Most of all, we are here for our members. We are looking for people who are interested in participating and are willing to call Post 302 their home.

We are rapidly growing and looking to continually expand. If you're in the St. Louis area, come and talk to us and we will show you our fresh approach and different perspective to being an American Legion post.
