Staff members of The American Legion’s Veterans Affairs & Rehabilitation Division are attending an open house at the Women in Military Service for America Memorial in Washington, celebrating its 15th anniversary. Since 1997, the memorial has been teaching Americans about the service and sacrifices of women in the armed forces.
