Several American Legion national staff members are assisting veterans during the annual convention of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) in Orlando, Fla. Verna Jones, director of the Veterans Affairs & Rehabilitation Division, is helping veterans with benefits claims, and Rodney Rolland, director of the Human Resources Division, is offering advice on résumés and interviews for job seekers. Billy Johnson and Matt Herndon, director and deputy director of the Membership Division, are also attending.
