The Legion’s Economic division staff will be participating in a conference call with the departments of Defense, Education and Veterans Affairs, as a participant and committee member of the Academic Credentialing Task Force. This task force is comprised of key stakeholders with a vested interest in servicemembers’ and veterans’ success as college students. The task force will identify, support, and share promising strategies and models for colleges and universities to employ when evaluating prior military training for its credit-bearing equivalent.
