Purple Heart Proclamation

On July 22, Johnson County Commissioners Court issued a Purple Heart Proclamation. On the July 23,, Cleburne City Council also issued a proclamation and that one made it in the online version of the city newspaper. My granddaughter, Trinity, wanted to meet the mayor and she pinned a poppy on him, a police officer, the fire chief and the representative from the Military Order of the Purple Heart. She held the proclamation for the photo. She had quite a day for a seven year old.
