A group of Navy retiree's, under the leadership of retired Master Chief Mike Glenn, spent 22 months restoring an abandoned Douglas A-3D Skywarrior at Edwards Air Force Base, CA to celebrate the Centennial of Naval Aviation, and the 60th Anniversary of Edwards AFB. Restored to its original Sea Blue paint scheme, the A-3D will be displayed in the new Edwards Museum.
