2011 American Legion Oratorical Contest Finals - Anastasia Kaiser Assigned Topic Oration

Anastasia Kaiser, a high school student from Orinda, California earned a $14,000 scholarship during the recent finals of The American Legion High School Scholarship Program - "A Constitutional Speech Contest." This is her Assigned Topic Oration portion of the competition.
