Nick was a loving father of five, grandfather of seven, with four great-grandchildren, a few stepchildren and their families.
World War II combat infantryman during the Battle of the Bulge.
He remained active in veterans groups in Michigan and Lakeland, Fla., after retirement. His Michigan vehicle license plate read "WWII-XGI" as he was extremely proud of his service and his band of brothers.
Forty-year employee of Chrysler stamping plants in Detroit.
He'll be missed by many, and was loved by many.
