Thomas R. Morrison

Thomas R. Morrison, 66, of Johnstown, Pa., went to be with the Lord on Nov.10, 2015, at home. Survived by wife of 44 years, Nancy, son Mark (Amy) and daughter Sharon. Grandsons Joel, Evan and Josh. Three brothers and one sister. U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Retired from Pennsylvania Electric Company with 32 years of service.
Organizations he belonged to include Jackson Township Community Rod and Gun Club, Rusty Nutz Car Club, Coal Country Car Club, NRA, Valley of Altoona, Twin Rocks Sportsman's Club, Masonic Lodge-Summit Lodge 312, Jackson Township Senior Center, and American Legion Post 945.
Tom loved his antique vehicles, racing, hunting and making the best deer jerky around. Tom fought a long battle with cancer, but his favorite saying was "I'm not giving up."
Arrangements were under the supervision of Askew-Houser Funeral Home in Nanty-Glo, Pa.
