The American Legion’s System Worth Saving Task Force is conducting a town hall meeting in Cross Plains, Wis., to discuss the quality of health care that women veterans are receiving from the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, Wis., and other Department of Veterans Affairs facilities.
The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. at American Legion Post 245 on 2217 American Legion Dr. in Cross Plains. It is open to all veterans in the area. Women who have served in the armed forces and are currently receiving health care from the VA are especially encouraged to participate.
