What do you think of the Navy's new policy of separation for sailors who can't deploy for a year?

It's realistic. If a sailor isn't able to deploy, then he/she isn't fulfilling the obligation.

It unrealistic. As our military numbers shrink, the branches should find suitable roles for those unable to deploy.

It's fair. The policy says that cases will be considered individually, which is appropriate.
