Harold "Bud" Magathan was honored at the November 11 ceremony at Post 346 in Neptune, New Jersey. A Navy veteran, Bud is a longtime dual member of the American Legion Post 346 and the Sons of the American Legion. His wife, daughter and other family members are also in the 346 family. Bud was awarded "Hometown Hero" status by Neptune, New Jersey in May.
